1. TERMS

This agreement for Lawn Maintenance services between Client (listed above) and Kearney’s Lawn Care & Hauling LLC (referred to as “Contractor”) is made and entered into upon the following date:
2. SERVICES
The Client would like to have the above-mentioned lawn maintained on a regular basis. The Client and Contractor hereby agree to the following terms:

The Client will grant the Contractor access to the lawn during regular business hours Friday – Sunday (7:00am – 7:00pm) and/or additional mutually agreed days (Mon- Fri).

Kearney’s Lawn Care & Hauling LLC will provide all equipment and supplies that are necessary to perform normal maintenance services on the above-mentioned yard.

“Regular Maintenance” will include the following: removal of debris from the yard, mowing of the lawn, weed eating, edging, blowing of driveway, sidewalk & porches. Not to include additional seasonal services such as gutters, leaves, snow etc.
3. SCHEDULE
We maintain a regular service schedule week to week, but Kearney’s Lawn Care & Hauling LLC. reserves the right to adjust your service day to accommodate more efficient routing and/or weather issues. Contractor will begin performing regular lawn maintenance on the following date:

Your lawn will be serviced twice a month.

Payment Plan:
Kearney's Lawn Care and Hauling will automatically collect every 28 days.

Example
On June 3rd - $150 dollars will be collected by staff.
On July 1st - $150 dollars will be collected by staff.

Recurring Rate
* Recurring rate includes one lay down of weed & feed in the start of season
& one aeration service at the end of the season. Materials not included*

Recurring Payment Plan:
Kearney's Lawn Care and Hauling will automatically electronic draft a payment every 14 days following initial payment from card/account on file

Example
On June 3rd - $65 dollars will be collected from card on file.
On June 17th -$65 dollars will be collected from card on file.

Premium Seasonal Lawn Agreement:
Your lawn will be serviced four times a month.

Payment Plan:
Kearney's Lawn Care and Hauling will automatically collect every 28 days.

On June 3rd - $200 dollars will be collected from card/account on file.
On July 1st - $200 dollars will be collected from card/account on file.

4. TERMS
The Contractor’s ability to perform work is affected by the weather. The Contractor has the knowledge to determine if the weather will affect their performance or not. If bad weather occurs that will affect the Contractor to perform services, the Contractor will try to make up work the next day. However, there is no guarantee that the Contractor will be able to make up work the next day due to extenuating circumstances, such as ongoing weather conditions & scheduling. Therefore, the contractor will make up on the next available day.
​5. PAYMENT

Client will pay for services performed:

Client will pay Contractor for any additional services or repair that may become required or wanted by Client for lawn to sustain an acceptable appearance.

You may opt out of a recurring payment plan by paying total monthly rate of Standard or Premium Lawn Agreement. Will you like to opt out of a recurring payment plan:

6. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Kearney’s Lawn Care & Hauling is only accepting cash/check/cash app payments on a monthly basis.

CASH/CHECK: Clients may pay in the form of cash/check on a monthly basis only. Payment must be received every month prior to the next month’s service day.
Returned checks because of insufficient funds will incur a $35 fee and future payments by check may not be allowed.

CASH APP: Clients who chooses to pay via cash app, must pay on a monthly basis only. Payment must be received every month prior to the next month’s service day.

RECURRING PAYMENT: Client may choose to allow Contractor to automatically charge a debit, credit card or bank account on a recurring basis every 14 days or 28 days, whichever agreed upon. Client will sign below to confirm Seasonal Lawn Agreement payment plan.
7. TERMINATION OF SEASONAL LAWN AGREEMENT
The client may terminate this contract at any time by supplying a $75.00 termination fee to the contractor before a next service is performed.

If Client does not abide by these agreement terms, Contractor reserves the right to terminate Agreement
